Posted a letter in the Surplus letters, and on 2nd thinking, was wondering if this guy could be caught, or at least stopped for a bit.

Basically he says he was scammed, gives a sob story and gives a paypal and alertpay account where you can donate.
Should I alert paypal, (or someone else) and alertpay (which I have never heard of) . |

Call me crazy, but I think this person really did get scammed from one of those fraudent "Get rich quick" pyramid schemes that pop up on our screens all the time and which most people have the sense to ignore.
IMO, his only crime is being too gullible, greedy or both. |
