I know the website says add your email to guestbook, but I was having no luck with that.....

what is an easy way to attract scammers??

How long have you had your email addy on the guestbooks?

The lads harvest addresses at different times, so it may take a day or two until the first "URGENT RESPONDS!!!" hits your inbox.

There is always a fresh supply of lads here.

i have entered in the "guestbook +guymen +mugu" was only able to get one guestbook to sign..... (I was just having a little trouble with the actual finding guestbooks, I have not had my name in the one guest book for long though.

Are there any other methods to attract them?

I've never had luck w/ guestbooks.

My tip is to have a hotmail account

Hotmail as a catcher account i guess Rolling Eyes

because hotmail shows IP and its not realy safe (safe bait)

You can always dive into the Surplus Letters forum and take your pick as well.

You can bomb the lad cluster here: http://www.419baiter.com/_scam_emails/scammer-email-addresses.html with an ASEM along the lines of:

"Thank you for the wonderful news, I am eager to proceed, what must I do next?"

They very rarely try to confirm that you are a genuine recipient of their opening script.

tucos link is what you need for a fast start.

just take a full days worth of addresses from the site and send out an email (bcc all those addresses) and just say "can you tell me more"

when i did it, i got about 40 good replies and just cherry picked.

by the time that was started my catcher started picking stuff up

Lately this hasn't been the best of sources since some seem to enjoy killing the email addies. I have lost 3 good baits this week because of this.

If an e-mail address is on display Lads will find it. Try looking at neglected forums or review sites etc. Anywhere where you can leave a visible e-mail address.

I seeded my 419 catcher account back at the beginning of this year using roughly the same search phrase as what you used, except that I also included "2009" to keep it 'fresh'. It took a fair bit of digging around in Google to find some suitable current guestbooks. When leaving a message I always make them complimentary, this reduces the chance of them being removed as Spam.

Initially, the response was slow, but after a couple of week it received plenty of 419 lads. Even now, I must receive on average about 10-15 ladmails per day.
