You think about it, if I come to you and say I paid money to an agent you referred me to when obviously I am not the only one who pays money through that account and ask you to go get the money without proof of payment, would you? And even if you do and the agent says the money is not there no matter what you say, how will you prove to the contrary? I will not subject myself to any form of embarrasment for any reason.
If we must proceed as I have earlier said, then send me the payment details or if on the other hand you have not and you truly are ready to transfer your funds, then go on and make the payment and send me the details, otherwise there is nothing I can do.

At this time, every minute that passes is vital because the process of obtaining authorization by the officials have started and once it is approved and we are still to make arrangements for the probate document, I am sorry it will be a futile attempt by us then to see the funds transferred to you irrespective of whatever effort we put in.

I think he's absolutely right, you should cease all business with that bank and set up a new account with a reputable institution like Plunder & Flee.
