My new persona is Jerry Garcia (of the Grateful Dead). Here's my first, so far unsuccessful, attempt. I guess he's wise to me.

The money will be shared as follows after transfer, 30% for you

Owner) 70% for me and my colleagues. To be able to claim the funds, we
will
be purporting your company as one of the contractor / beneficiary of
the
funds so all procedures for international transfer shall be strictly
followed, as we have worked out all modalities for a swift and risk
free
transfer.

I am sure this business will be of mutual benefit to both of us and
also
create room for future business relationship.

This money is presently in our corporation's account and the only way
to
commence and conclude this transfer perfectly is that I have to present
you as a contractor who executed a contract for the Federal Government
of
Nigeria with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation [NNPC] now
awaiting
payment.

To this, it therefore becomes necessary that all the document regarding
the execution & conclusion of this assume contract must bear your name
and
after this we have to submit these document to the Federal Ministry of
Finance
for processing, authentication and
transfer of the funds into your account.

Kindly note that as soon as I receive the required information from you

I shall immediately pay, back date and procure the under listed

documents.

(a) CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION: A proof that your company has been
duly
registered with the Allied Matter Act of Nigeria thus is incorporated.

(b) CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION WITH NNPC: A proof that your company
is
registered with the NNPC as Category "A" contractor, thus is eligible
to
be awarded contract.

(c) JOB/CONTRACT COMPLETION CERTIFICATES: A proof that the said
contract
was executed, concluded and satisfactorily attested for.

(d) TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE: A proof that you are not in any way
indebted
to the Federal Board of Inland Revenue (FBIR) in regards to the payment
of this
contract sum.

This are the document which must be procured and submitted along with
application
for claims of the US$31m to the Federal Ministry of Finance and
everything
being equal this funds should be in your account latest after 4-5 days
of
submission. As you must have known that a transaction of this magnitude
will require us spending thus to achieve this aim and of course I have
no
doubt in my mind that this money will be confirmed in your account, by
the
Authorized and Approved offices.

My share of 70% will be retained by you for Investment interest you
will
introduce or recommend to us. Conclusively, I will provide you with day
to day details on the progress of this business as soon as you have
given
a go ahead order by the provision of
