Snerd has been trying to snare you with a boring trip to look at fish but I have something rather more exciting to offer you. I've been working all week to put the finishing touches on my time machine and it's finally done. I've taken a few test trips to 1885 and 1928 and it's working great!

So now the only question is -- when would would you like to go to? I was thinking maybe Paris in the Belle Epoque, specifically the 1889 Exposition:

We could go see the newly constructed Tour Eiffel at the heart of the fair, I hear it's quite a sensation:

Or maybe you'd rather go visit the glorious "White City" -- the 1893 Chicago World's Fair?

Or, how about New York City in 1897?

Or New Orleans in 1899?

Or San Francisco in 1900?

And if you really want to go to Monterey, let me take you to 1945. I'll introduce you to John Steinbeck -- I hear he has a new novel coming out next month called "Cannery Row" and I know he'd love to tell you about it.

At a quick glance I spot one correctly placed apostrophe and a nine letter word that is spelt correctly. So probably not.
