Cowboy Buck and the crooked Burkina Faso banker, John Cletus, Part I
I received the original email in my HotMail catcher account.
I baited these lads from April 30, 2008 to June 23, 2008, a two-month period.
This was run mainly as a straight bait, producing my California Tax Form.
This post is split into two parts due to size.

Mr. John Cletus wants to rip off a deceased client's $14m.
He introduced me to a couple of crooked associates.
At some point my age became an issue with these jokers and they
were not sure that they wanted me in on the deal.

This Bank has rules and Regulations to follow,if you want an account
from the bank,then the bank will send a form to you to fill.
You are not opening a new account with the bank,it's only reactivating
the account of your late Cousin.
As soon as the account is reactivated on your name,this bank will stand
for your fund to be transfered to your account,then bank does not send
the form of opening an account outside.
There isn't any western union money transfer that will request for a
form before sending money out.
Because we have a western union department in my own bank here,rather
the western union will need a passport or an identity card before the
fee will be sent.
You have to send the money so the account will be reactivated.As soon as
the account is reactivated,then the account of your late cousin will
start functioning.
Then the bank has power to transfer the fund in your country,the account
stand only to transfer the fund to your account.
Because no body has any power to withdraw from the account.
Please we can not go beyond the method of this bank,Because what i am
doing is to make sure that the bank transfer's the fund to your account.
I know that when your fund is transfered to your account,we shall oneday
meet and discuss for good.This is why i am doing all this to make sure
that your fund is transfered.
You have to arrange on how to send the fee,it's not for the bank purpose.
