I've only been here a short time and noticed the amount of trolls around here, I just bite my tongue...just an observation

To be honest Ben we actually have very few trolls. Normally they hit the radar the moment they sign up. They stay on a watch list and we usually ignore them until they become annoying. According to the note on the fridge, we have only a few suspicious members. When they login there is an alarm, and we all mobilise.

Not only do the mods have this uncanny ability, quite a few members can quickly see one and they are dealt with quickly and quietly.

So fear not. We'll keep your time at eater as troll free as possible.

Fortunately we don't allow that here. You can unleash on lads and leave the day-to-day operational upkeep of the forums to the dogs bodies. The moderators and admins. You do know that stomping a troll serves no purpose. By giving a troll anything is simply feeding the ego. It's better to simply delete their poop and ban them. That hurts them more than anything you could say to them.

We can teach you social grace. It usually arrives with a swift kick in the ass. Very Happy

So if you do see a troll. Firstly see a psychiatrist, then alert one of us and we'll take care of it.

Well Ben, you may only have been here for a short time and have only made a few posts, but you've certainly poked a stick into the Mod Nest. Smile

It is true to say that we do get trolls here.
We certainly don't get many.
Most are sussed very quickly.
None leave with any grace.

You mentioned in your first post "the amount (sic) of trolls around here";
I'm sure that we, in the Mod Room, would be interested in your observations.
Please feel free to pm either me or any of the other Mods pointing out any trolls that you feel we have failed to get to grips with.

I just think I haven't been here long enough to say anything....and I applaude eveything that everybody has done here.....I have laughed my ass off, right now I'm on page 68 reading backwards and luv what you guys and gals have done amazing!!! I feel like I'm a mental midget compared to alot of you guys and will continue to visit for hours...and a quote from my wife are you on the computer again!!!???
