I saw the new feature at the top of my screen a couple of days ago.

They don't seem to give you any additional benefits, but they sure make a change when you spend hours a day looking at the G-mail default.

I think there are thirty of them ..... just about for a different one each day for a month Smile

...Im using the "Desk Theme" right now

I don't like changes and I don't spend time on Google email screens, just copy and paste then I'm gone again. Laughing

The log on screen changed also. It looks like an error message to me. Don't like the changes.

I have just been playing with them again and I've found it helps me to have a different theme for each of my baiting accounts and personal accounts.

I certainly hate the new features. I was glad I could change it back. I dislike the login screen.

That's what I also did.
I think it's not a necessary feature, but having a visual difference for different accounts can sometimes be helpful.

Mine is a bird's eye view of some mountains. That will take some getting use to.

You need to be at least as old as me to appreciate the retro look Crying or Very sad

I just set mine to "Tea House" and seem to have a small fox doing housework (which is starting to sound like one of my stranger animal baits!)

I remember my first real job when I was 19. Looking at those screens, thinking it was amazing Laughing

I remember the font being orange though.

Anyone remember the image of the screen being burned into the monitor? Our younger members probably thought the screen saver was designed solely for entertainment Laughing

For some odd reason, GMail themes only works on 1 computer at an internet cafe for me but no where else. New gmail features are always buggy and often get recalled as was the send an SMS right inside gmail chat deal.
