We will issue out your loan to the transferring bank immediately the collateral is provided or the non collateral for the loan is acquired from the bank.
So this is why we personally advise that our clients should simply go for the non collateral alternative when they do not have an equity based property to present as collateral. The Non-collateral/security popularly known as bank securities . The bank request that you make the payment of $650.85.USD for the amount of the loan funds required by
you ( $30,000:00USD) only and it cannot be added or removed from the principal loan amount.

NOTE:This non collateral/bank security fees is a REFUNDED FEE when the borrower is able to pay back the loan given to him/her.

As soon as we are through with the process of the collateral, the loan will be transferred to you from London via your Payment option to you.
