I personally steal them off of good insults posted in this thread, the surplus forum here or from the lotto lads thread (in main). I also use http://www.419baiter.com/_scam_emails/scammer-email-addresses.html but their updating is irregular and bounces can be as high as 40%.

There are a few other sources that i'm sure someone else will post about.

Open a new gmail account with fakey details-then read on...

I send 900ish everyday-or every other day (450 from each account-i have two) as it leaves you room for replies and does not use your limit in case gmail are watching etc...

What to send-ask anyone who posts here for some templates-devguy or gomer are sure to have some good ones, or you can take the reply from lad 'a' and use it to insult lad 'b' and so on.

Lastly don't forget that lads love the following...

Their parentage being questioned
Their carnal knowledge of goats being mentioned (repeatedly)
Their families carnal knowledge of goats (see above)
Being told they are small downstairs (often)
What their mother does for a job-usually a 'sex worker' (in less pleasant terms)

and various other insults.
