You might want to ask to see his format.

Obviously, there will be loads of mistakes in there. And probably a few sentences and words can be added to make it more convincing.

But you can help to sort all that out!!!

You might want to tell him that, as you have a better grasp of the English language than him, you can edit and correct his format so it will convince any maga to send cash immediately.

Tell him lotteries are passe, nobody falls for them anymore. Then give him a format which will never attract any victims and have him mail it out to 100 + addresses of straightbaiters here Wink

He will think he struck a goldmine and may even discard whichever lottery format he had and use yours.

I've just given him the first load of addresses, he hasn't replied to me since I sent him the script so no guarentees he'll contact you.

@Collider: A fake mailer would be an awesome tool, but perhaps very limited in its use unless a lot of baiters can earn lads trust.

Got an odd email back off him though, the subject said "Thanks for the scripts" and the actual email just said "am".

Reworking a lads script is always tons of fun. I once reworked a script so it read like it was written by Alex from "A Clockwork Orange." I told him that's how rich people talked.

Wow! I'm absolutely amazed that the lad ate the script.
And this idiot thinks that spam filtering is based on the sender's box...

This (European) evening I'll try to set up a web page that will help the lad to determine whether his script will go through the spam filters or not. Of course, it only goes through if it contains "bermuda", "hamster" and "microwave".

When you post a bug report, please tell me what OS and what browser you're using. Also, if you use Firefox extensions that affect JavaScript, like NoScript, let me know too. (It's not supposed to work with NoScript).
