Does anyone else that use IE7 have problems like when you right click your mouse, it close's IE7?, or when you use the back page, it close's the IE?

I know IE7 is a big piece of crap, and I am really thinking alot about getting a different web browser.

Firefox is the way to go, dude! IE is just a mess(I do have IE6 though for backup when firefox doesn't run some flashplayers though). And with add-ons you can pretty much get rid of ads too. Isn't that exciting? I'd go with Firefox 2 though. I don't really like v. 3 very much.

I checked and mine is working fine. Stick around here a little longer and you will eventually start using firefox with the no script add on and nothing else. The thought of using IE will terrify you Laughing

In all seriousness, FF is really is a far better browser and far safer IMO.

The only thing I use IE7 for is watching movies on Netfix because FF is not supported or if I need to log into two of my yahoo accounts at the same time.

I had avante web browser (I think that is how its spelled) at one time, but deleted it to save space. I had it as a backup, I think I will look into using FF, or anything other IE7.

lol, I have used firefox for years now, i occasionally use IE for pages that need activeX

<br>Firefox loads pages quicker than IE and I find it more user friendly. FF is like broadband speed and IE is like dial up speed, to use an analogy.

IE is history once you download FF.

Firefox is great and I agree with SP that Opera is also very good. IE really does suck, the fact that it came make root system calls like activeX is a major reason for security problems.

@ SP - have you tried FF3. It's mush faster then FF2.

I also have safari but it came with iTunes. I used it a few times so I guess it's okay. I say FF because for the most part baiters (except yahoo baiting SP) are concerned about safety.

I used to prefer IE over FF until SlayerFaith made me think that if I open the wrong site with IE my PC will melt. Not really but she pointed out some very good things. So now I'm all FF.

But I still use Norton anti-virus but just for the 76 more days until my subscription expires.

Stop thinking about it and just do it.

Installing FF right off the web takes about 5 minutes and if you don't like it, IE hasn't been removed and is still there waiting to continue disappointing you.

As soon as I found out that there were browsers other than IE, I went and downloaded Opera.
I was a really big fan but swapped over to Firefox about 2 years ago and haven't looked back. I still have Opera and IE on my machine but in my opinion, they don't compare.
