Several of the idle little b4stards have now got back to me, it took them the best part of a week! They need to learn that if anyone doesn't reply promptly to an email it's going to be me. One of the cheeky buggers even tried to chop my dolla before I'd been properly scammed! Hint, I don't think the Nigerian 'Defence Security Department' operates from a gmail address or signs its emails 'have a w0nderful day' Laughing

As pi$$ed of as I am about being scammed for $24 000, I've now reluctantly enlisted the aid of the Nigerian 'Defence Security Department' to help sort it all out . I hope I don't have to put any more money 'up front'!
I wish they wouldn't abbreviate 'you' to 'u' though, damn slovenly that. How much effort is it to hit two more keys? But I suppose if it makes their screed less believable I shouldn't complain.

If you want lazy try getting them to call you. I told one lad to call me but he didnt, so I called him a "baboon" and a "lazy arse" and got away with it, the next day he called and he just said "send the money, send the money, send the money, send the money, good day" and hung up. No "hello, how are you I am Mr so and so" so I slapped him again. The next time he called he just babbled aimlessley.
I published this bait under the heading "Im coming to bait you" He wanted $5000US but I sent it to someone else intsead, and thats how I got my siggy.

If they send me emails with all capitals I tell them I cannot read it and then it shows up with the proper case.

Sometimes I just hit reply to an initial email and say NOTHING and they still come back as if I had said something interesting.

In general, no! Lads are not getting more lazy, they're just constantly trying out different formats and approaches. Sometimes the short and sweet message catches the eye of someone who wouldn't bother to read a format three pages long. Other times they appear lazy because they do not invest a lot of effort on a particular baiting character. But often this is not laziness but efficiency -- if a scammer doesn't think he has a good chance of getting something out of a victim, he's not going to bother putting in much effort. So evidence of mugu laziness may just mean that you don't really have him on the hook yet.

Interesting point Firehouse , I agree they have to adapt formats and approaches, but in my humble opinion the game is getting hard for the lads because the internet opened the door for thousands of Lazy thick scammers who are out of their depth and messing up the old time Modality.
