First time? Cool. So we're in 2008. And the 419 scam has been going since the 80's, drawing in thousands of victims a month, tens of thousands per year.
The Postal Inspectors can give themselves a well deserved pat on the back. That's one in many thousands. I guess it's a start.

I wonder if the check came from [email protected]. Smells like a recovery scam to me.

Interesting, sending cash may be safer that using Western Union or MoneyGram. |
