counrty (the Region of Ti-Corthar) do wish to fully thankyou and let you
understand that the entire populace of the Region is behind this. I see no
hinderences in the facilitating of this deal.

I would like to contact you in voice, but unfortunately all communications
into the region, save the internet, have been completely cut off. Heavy
negoitations are underway, but it's impossible to hasten the process with
the provider. A hefty ammount of Politiking to be done. perhaps you could

Many Apologies. It has come to pass those negotiations with communication companies have broken down and a new bidding must take place for my region to gain outside communications via telephone. Thankfully, the Internet Service Provider, Praxis, has willing agreed to continue with providing a stable internets connection.

AS of today, it will be IMPOSSIBLE for any voice communications until this matter is fully resolved. At this time however, the probability of the telephone communications problem being solved will be slim in the next few months. My Minster of Trade has had several meetings on this issue with me personally and he foresees that we should have communications up and operational by First or Second Quarter of 2007. I am truly sorry for the delay.

If by any chance you know of reasonable telephone service provider, please direct me to them and I will forward the information to my Minister of Trade.

Unfortunately that will be a call never placed. Even if the ARoTC could be making outside telephone calls, no one out side the region would be understood since no residents speak english or 'Common' as we call it. All communications are to be made via e-mail to me and me alone as I will be more than happy to forward information through my Department Ministries to the correct peoples.

Again I am sorry that my regions Minister of Communications and External Afairs are unable to work a proper and complete and secure contract with a telecommunications company (which again could take anywhere from 4 months to 12 months) If you have any suggestions to correct or solve this problem I will be greatly pleased to pass them on to the proper ministry and departmenf of my government and bring about a solution.

This is on going and I'm completely shocked that it's gone as far as it has. I'm making claims that I'm a ruler of an immaginary region in nowhere's land and that I'm having communications problems.

Then again, I'm kinda new to this gig. Hope I can bring him down (he has a sent another e-mail with is pasport pic, bank statement and death certificate.

@Tempist: Can you (or a mod) remove your email addy & the lad email addy from the header in your post? As its an ongoing bait, you dont want him to google it and find you here.

Also, make sure the addy you use to bait has none of your personal details on it, its better to make a new fresh email address to bait from, with entirely fictional details.

Hey man, This week i've had the same invitation From exactly the same guy, I've been dealing with his game, I've send a request to the banque atlantique, supposingly they answered to notify me with a request form to transfer the funds, "banque" requires an id and the bank account number so they can transfer the funds.

The truth is that i'm intrigued, maybe you have other info about this?
if so let me know.
