Apparantly, I need to update my details with a bank I have never used in my life.

Its a phish. Phishfighting.com and phishtank.com deal with these, or you can report it to the real Wachovia bank for deading.

I got them and "Chase" bank ones all the time. Along with paypal and ebay too.
I have learned to delete most of them unless they have a clever name attached to them. LOL |

My wife runs an internet based sales site and trades through eBay. I have taught her to recognise that most legitimate businesses, including eBay and Paypal will always refer to you by your name and not just your email address, worth knowing. |

I once had a Chase Bank phishing email at the same time as several from "Chase Securities".
I asked the Security firm Lads why they were closing an account I didn't have... they seemed confused for a short while... |
