I have been reading the letters archives for years and have been attempting to do a few baits on my own with little success, but lately have been playing with these guys on Ebay. Have not taken it very far but I am sure some of you expert guys could have a ton of fun with em, they are very eager and respond usually within hours. I did search for this but did not find anything so decided to make a post about it.
This is how I see the scam working, simply they hijack ebay accounts post a bunch of fake listing asking you to direclty email them to purchase the product. They then send you a fake "ebay" invoice and ask you to western union them the $$$.
They normally do it on items like the following.
Argo/Grizzly 8x8 Amphibious
Pioneer Pro DJ CDJ-1000MK3
Apple Power Mac G5 Quad Two Dual Core

Hi and welcome here.
I'm sorry, but this isn't what we do here, especially without proof of fraud.
If you have an issue with someone on Ebay please report it to Ebay.
Fakers: many, many, lots; an SSL and a couple of Resellers.
AH, AH, AH! Two little !
