Can anyone help here? I'm trying to save a copy of the streaming video from this BBC article:

Working Lunch - 9th Jan

Most of the time I use the VideoDownloader add-on for Firefox, but in this particular case it doesn't seem to be working. I've tried a couple of other stream capture progs but with little success.

Any help would be appreciated.

VLC should do it

I use the unplug extension for firefox 1.5.

Oh? I have VLC. I didn't realise it could capture streaming video to download?

File > wizard > Transcode/save to file

Another way is to get the video link used in the page source, then download the file directly. But if they really know what they are doing it will use a protected link or file directory so this wouldn't work.
