OK, I've been reviewing the caps it's obvious there were 2 lads at the park (Oga told me two were coming)!
Lad 1 has a dark gray jacket, he was hanging by the fountains for a while, went into the building, came out, circled around the streets. Meanwhile lad 2 (in a light shirt) comes in holding something that looks like a white sign while he cuts across the center of the park. It's hard to see from the one shot, but he's facing the center of the park and holding up the sign:

Wont see anything coz of the camera reflections. They left the lights on at work.
They still there i think bottom corner i got it on my web cam.

It was one of them. He was weaving all over the left side of the park. Check camera time 18:41:59; he's standing at the bottom left corner right in front of that line on the ground:

This bait has far surpassed my expectations. The best part of today's work (besides the camera footage) is that the Oga has not been communicating. So the blame for my no-show can easily be pinned on him, and the bait continues! |

OK, I think the show's over because Oga got my note asking for the lads to meet me at the airport. Hope they can catch me before I leave!

I vote that the lads should hitch-hike to Seattle. It's free, they'll meet new people, and they'll see new places, such as the inside of a county jail, where they'll meet even more new friends. |

Sounds like a plan, Mike!  I'm down for it, not sure if the lads are though! They seem to have a short shelf-life once they get burned a couple of times. Bet the original lad is glad he sat this one out.
Still got the Oga on the hook though. He had a power outage (or ran out of cafe time) and couldn't write, so this mess is all his fault. Better send the boys out west! |
