I decided to have a go at baiting one of identified scammers from dotsilver.
This one looked like a good start. Her profile is
i am a young lady from australia who is currently in ghana and i am very honest,sincere,faithful,truthful,loyal,caring and romantic.
i am ready to have a openminded,breadminded and ulgy man who is ready to have someone to love.i will be very glad if any man mail me.
i am 26 years and i want a to build a family so i am here for a serious relationship and a family with kids.i will forever be very loyal to you and i am in ghana on an AIDS programme so i will like to meet you if you are very interested
However when I received her first reply at 15:45 New Zealand time I figured that 4:45 am was an unusual time for someone from Ghana. I did a whois search on her header and this suggests she could be in Canada. Now where is she really?

All scammers have small dicks, even the women
The biggest problem I had when I first started talking to them was the knowledge I was "sweet talking" a GUY. It creeped me out for a while, but now it doesn't bother me and I even use it to my advantage to creep them out. Oh yeah, and if the scammer claims to be "originally from XXX but now living in YYY" (where YYY is a known scammer hotspot) then there's no real reason to question it. It's when they claim to be somewhere else in the world that I'd check the headers to make sure. Satellite providers confuse the issue too by sometimes showing the IP origin as their home country not the scammer's, but common sense should tell you where they really are. |

I've just received my second reply from her, but she must have forgotten what she sent to me before the holiday break. Her latest message was word for word the same as the previous one. She does have some interesting suggestions though.
