From what I have read, I imagine any foreigner would be a target over there for all sorts of nastiness. Please just be careful and don't put yourself at risk trying to get it over on the lads. Come home safe. Very Happy

Anything I can chop and/or use ie newspapers, hotel receipts, maps, photos of landmarks, etc.

Guys, First i have to apologies for not replying to any of your request. I got bogged down with work and never got round to checking my post before i departed. I am back in nigeria in 6 week. Promise to accommodate all request.

I have returened in one piece. As SP stated, i am part nigerian. So no local fears for me.

Big Worm, i did actually go into benin city. tell me more about the pyramid.

What would it cost to buy a prepaid SIM card?
Would be cool to have a number in Nigeria for my fakelads. Even if it's on permanent voice mail.

Plus a scan of some document or ticket or receipt you only have in Nigeria, so my fakelad can prove his genuity Question

And a photo of the miserable spot where my fakelad would live (a hut with a huge "beware of 419, this house is not for sale" writing on it).

somebody had a great Idea.... might result in a HUGE Multi - Lad Meet up at the airport... We can send out letters to our lads telling them what flight we'll be on and DOE can get pictures of all of them standing there with Signs. THAT would be funny... Just like the Limo Drivers do here in the states... but they HAVE to wear the ONION SACK HAT... lol

The trick is to get several lads at the airport, maybe in stupid hats, but holding signs with the SAME name on it. Lots of lad on lad "you no chop my maga" unpleasantness with any luck.
