I very much appreciate your email at this time. I have a large Goose and Galah farm in mid east Australia. Due the the drought we have been struggling to keep the venture operational with water transportation costs running into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Hi again I don't have a landline on the property as we are in a remote part of the state of NSW. It has only been in the last 2 months that we have been able to access the internet due to the new dsl technology. I am however able to receive mobile phone calls if I climb to the to of the birds flight control training tower.
I usually just leave the phone up there as it's the only place I get any decent reception. If you would like the mobile number let me know. It would be best to email before calling to arrange a time for me to be in the tower. It's noisy up there when the birds are around so evenings would be best.
Any mail can be directed to c/o Silverton Hotel I usually head into there for a pissup on Saturday nights and to see if there's any new tarts around. The Pub is the local Post Office and general store. Not much else in town. A few arty farty types thats all.

Better go I have to rug up the roo's. Then it's into the old fart sack for me.

Steck I did some reserch and I think I've found out about the Swift code. It looks like it's a combination of the main banks swift code and our local branch BSB.
I'm heading down to Silverton this arvo for the Saturday night piss up. I'll stay down then on Monday head out to Broken hill and check it all with my bank.
I like going to BH as there are heaps more tarts there. The 3 at Silverton are pretty worn out. I'll get back to you Monday Night / Tuesday Morning with all the details.

me ole mate. I got back from Broken hill this afternoon, I spoke with the bank manager this morning I was pretty sure the Government would want the gst however he did suggest if I transfer the money to three different accounts and transfer less than $5million to each he can hide the money and avoid the payment. I hate govnernments anyway so it sounds like a good idea.
I didn't tell him anything about our transaction but he did seem keen for me buy him a new series 5 BMW when it's all done.
Had a great time with all the Girls down there on Sunday night, the tarts down there are much more expensive than the silverton girls but very much worth it.
If you ever have a chance to visit I'll shout you a night out.

Sorry about that, I hope I haven't caused any problems ?

I was wondering what are you going to do when you get your money ?
Are you going to stay in the UK or move to warmer climates.
I hate the cold myself.
I'm planning on expanding the property and possibly try and cross breed with the Emu's as well. We have the galah/goose breed going really well with some very nice sized birds being grown. I reackon with a few extra million I can get research getting the emu down to a plumper shorter bird much more suitable for the dinner table.
Any way just food for thought, I you where thinking of investing in a new state of the art industry let me know. I'd love to show you over the farm.

Is this Bank a solid bank? they're not going bankrupt are they. Sounds like they may have not paid their internet fees or something like that.
Hardly inspires confidence in a bank that doesn't pay it's bills.

As for your family lawyer to do that? It is against the rules and regulation of the bank as they have an attachee lawyer that is accreditted to the bank by ministry of justice here in london.The instruction is that you can come down to do the signing and also secure the documents, which there's no way you can do that by yourself without the help of the attachee attorney of the bank.

I will advise you to contact him immediately and make a positive arrangement with him to assist you in securing the documents required by the bank so that he can help you to secure all the documents and also do the signing of your funds release order.

I'm not sure whats going on, but the Banks Barrister seems to be in America at this time.
I've already put in a request to the trust account lawyer asking him to prepare the money and pay the Barrister directly. My Grandfather set up a family trust in the 1950's It is looked after by Daniel Goldstein Lawyers in London. Actually they can proberly provide Id for me as the have all of my stuff on record. He doen't know what its about.

I'm not sure about this barrister guy, I ask a simple question and he dosen't seem to be able to give a straight answer.
All I want to know is if it's OK to overpay him now and get a refund for the balance later. Reason being the Aussie Doller goes up and down like a brides nitie.
I'd hate to have a cock up because the dollar dropped a percent or two and the amount I send is not adequate. I offered him to get my UK guy to transfer the money but he didn't seem interested.
I'll just wire the dumbass the exact amount and if there is any shortfall he will just have to wear it.
These legal guys may have smart brains but shit for common sense.

I'll let you know how it all goes Monday. I'm going to go and take the bank manager out on the piss Sunday night, see a few tarts and I'm sure he'll do anything I want on Monday. He's a good bloke I've known him for years.
