This webpage is still active - but it only gives the 'terms and conditions'. There appears to be nowhere for any active input. Does this mean that the perpetrator is still sending out Emails to potential victims, getting them to check this site and then sending a 'form' to be filled in and returned elsewhere ?

That is one UGLY form to fill out, does not even look nearly legit. I'm surprised that he keeps putting up websites after having them constantly taken down. This guy must be on the brick of destruction, I would hate to be sitting next to him when he finds out that his recent 5 websites he made were all taken offline that same day.

Great great work Fashmo, you're creating lots of havoc for this lad because he has to upload the files each and every time.

ps: his online form is ugly.

fashmo, you better tell your mugu that he's in danger of getting Google-slapped. He has the META tag used twice for "keywords" and lists his keywords in HTML comment tags -- a big no-no on Google's part ;P
