Update

Larry emailed us this morning. He is pretty pissed. Apparently the box floated out into the river! Shocked

Emi had to backtrack just to call him and tell him the news. I had a nice chat with Larry...can read it below.

Unfortunately we aren't set up to record calls...at least I dont think we are. YW does the phone convos and I am actually pleased that Larry is so angry with us that he doesnt want to talk. That way we can just chat with him Very Happy

Recording phone calls. I am basically stupid when it comes to my laptop at home. For instance, when I speak into the headset, SoundEdit Pro picks up my voice, but not the lads. I cannot get soundboards to pump their output to the lad either. I need to figure this out one of these days because I have a really cool King Julian soundbaord that I want to use.

Yeah...most of those programs only record one side of the convo. There is a virtual cable program somewhere that would essentially tie both ends into one recording but it is touchy to say the least. Ecamm has the recorder for skype but it is only for mac and costs 13 bucks. The demo I tried out works flawlessly and records each convo on a separate channel to boot! Hopefully they will come out with the program for all you lousy Windows users Wink

Would your lad be willing to hike bare feet? He has to feel the texture of the sand. The sand change and position will indicate where the current has taken the trunk box. Hopefully your lad will pick up a few parasites and blisters in the process.

And yes, I guess that the Safari Calculator will need some additional work. It never occured to me when I wrote it that a lad might actually be taking a boat somewhere.
