I've only just remembered that I flew over that part of the Nile last year and it is truely desolate with rolling hills of dirt (think rolling medows without the grass). It took hours to see anything different and that was travelling at over 500mph in a 747!! |

Man- that map is crystal clear. It should be so easy to find it. I hope that there are no problems or anything. Does he know that he has to walk that distance? I hope not. |

The lad has asked Sal to call him before Emi leaves this evening to clear up a couple of questions about the hand drawn map. It's a shame that the phone is acting up right now, but it should be working again once Emi gets to Cairo.
By the way, I would like to restate that it would be a darn shame if everyone started giving lad #2 a world of grief. |

Do we have his flight details? What time shall he be arriving? He should have no problem finding the box, with that fine map and everything he has been given.
I didnt think Mr. Daniel was going to be a very cooperative lad. He seemed to hang onto his stupid title too much. |

If the lad is leaving this evening, then I assume he will be there in the morning. |

YW - I fear I have totally screwed up. I accidentally sent lad number 2's phone number to several thousand other lads. (The exact number I do not know, but I maxed several hotmail accounts for the day). I sure hope you don't mind.

This bait reminds me of the old Road To pictures starring Bob Hope and Bing Crosby. Now all we need is song and dance numbers and we'll have ourselves a Road Movie. |

Today just can't get much better. Not only is one lad sailing the seven seas, but another lad is now in Egypt after traveling all the way from South Africa.
The money is now sitting along side the Nile river. You can all see the money by looking here: http://gpsflight.catholiccall.org/trackers/062206/60.html |

Just to let you know- it is a cool 104 degrees there right now. That should make for a comfortable 38km walk huh? |

It looks like it is buried quite close to the water line. It would be a shame for a rogue wave to wash it away...
YW, didn't your mother ever warn you about burying boxes of cash so close to the water? |

Too funny.
Have you received any emails from the lad in Egypt yet? Ask him to take some photographs of the Pyramids as proof that he is indeed there. Or better yet, get him to take one of a Nile Crocodile close up |

Speaking of Lad #2...
Quote: |
it would be a darn shame if everyone who has read and enjoyed this bait so far, started raining furious shit on him. |
Happily, I DID NOT send him a note saying he needed to call me to get the MTCN from an old transaction that he'd almost forgotten about....
(Oh yeah, I gave him Haywood's abuse phone number.) |

Hot off the presses!
Larry: r u there?
me: Larry are you there?
Larry: yes
me: where is Emi?
Larry: he is in aswan
he will move more tomorow
me: is there a problem?
Larry: it is late now to move more
no problems
it is a long drive
me: okay
that is good
yes, but well worth it!
Larry: how come you did not call me the way i ask
me: it's a busy day at the camp...I really don't want anyone figuring out our plan now
not when Emi is so close
I can try calling you when things die down a bit
Larry: emi has a map but there is no road to the money
me: yeah...i picked a spot that the average person wouldn't be around
that was the plan
I don't want anyone stumbling across our money
Larry: ok
can he drive there?
me: it's possible. what kind of car does he have?
Larry: toyota
me: ah, toyota is a good car. should be no problem
this is great
our plan is almost complete
Larry: yes
do they know it is gone?
me: no
they have no idea
we are in the clear
Larry: fools
me: as long as Emi can pick up tomorrow
is he staying in a hotel?
yes...FOOLS!
Larry: yes. there is a small place to stay
me: great
i am very impressed on how well you guys work
Larry: thank you
me: we will all be very rich soon, kicking back on a beach somewhere
lol
Larry: haha
me: ok, my friend, i should go now
i don't want to raise suspicions here
as we are so close
do you need me to call you later?
Larry: ok. we will talk tomorow
me: ok
bye bye for now
Larry: bye |

As you all may recall, yesterday I accidentally sent Lad #2's phone number to a substantial number of lads.
I just logged back on to ONE of the Hotmail accounts involved, and conducted an informal customer satisfaction survey. According to the 117 responses, there is a great deal of customer dissatisfaction. Most have been unable to get through to "me" at the number provided - - I have encouraged them to keep trying.
The good news is that I received two e-mails from fellow baiters warning me that I was contacting a criminal, and giving me links to info on 419 scams. I thanked them both. Is there anybody on this board who sent a warning yesterday to "Derek Rijkm*n"? If so, that is one of my current baiting personas.
