Katya on the left sent me this by mistake.She is either hard at work at the nursery or.......  !!!???....? a girl like you might well be in a place like this.! you can't get in close enough to get a translation of the backdrop sign and when I quized her on it she said" it was another place" yeh! well ..I gathered that..... a distinct absence of children. |

That is an internet cafe .. 
Note the users to the left side and behind them upper right, also
directly to the right. They are seated at what looks like a check-in desk.
Note the printer behind them, paper stock below, and a clock on the
counter .. |

The internet cafe is pretty empty!!!
FWIW, it doesn't seem that most Russian romance scammers actually use the internet cafes. Kind of nice to see a 'cover' photo.
(They all claim to use them.)
Those look like webcams on top of the monitors. She has NO excuse not to appear on camera for you, does she.
Insist on it!

I'd say that they're numbers on top of the monitors rather than webcams. 23,24 and 25 I think. If that's who I think it is in the photos then I'm already baiting her so it'll be interesting to see if I get them as well. |

Yeah, I cleaned my glasses, and see the numbers...
The desks in the back seem to have partitions. Maybe cameras back there?
Since she knows where an internet cafe is, I'd try to get her on camera, anyway.
Ask for the name of the internet cafe in the pictures. Maybe you could find them on the 'net? See if they offer webcams, rental goats, pre-made sign pictures, photo backdrops of Russian cities, etc.
