What is up with this scammers left hand?

I'm working on more pictures to get a better idea without actually bringing it up.

Any suggestions?

Her face looks disproportional to her body.

You could suggest it must be difficult for her to type, or make distasteful comments about what she uses her hands for and if they locked into that strange position...

Can't see either of her hands all that well.

We have a good friend that has Cerebral Palsy and her hand is almost in the same postion.

Her torso also appears to be large or slightly bloated...that is for someone who otherwise appears thin, as in realtively thin arms and legs. She also lacks the female curve from waste to hip that you would normally see on a thin woman.

Some type of birth defect maybe? Or perhaps the early stage of pregnancy?
