Among other useful info, I found some similarity to our Lads from Lagos:

My question is -- knowing exactly how they operate (as described on the .de website), how could someone bait these people?

For a fraudulent organisation they have plenty of "affiliate" links on their website. I wonder what would happen if someone sent a couple of emails to them and notified them that they are "supporting" a scam...

Methinks that website would be dead fairly quickly.

Ok, so there are two similar/identical organizations happy to take 600 to 1200 dollars from anyone who wants to feel important.

Or one such with a few different names.

Oh great baiter gurus -- how could we bait these folks? What kind of trophies could we extract? How would we know if we had succeeded? They sound much better organized than the Lagos lads.
