hey, i don't know if we can do anything abou this but that ip addres he lists at the bottom for me is not mine, and the ip look up said it wasn't from anywhere i've been.

Do what most people do with spam. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . delete it.
What you must not do is use the suggested exclusion facility.

There's not much else you can do.
Spammers addresses are normally here today and gone tomorrow.

And the IP address will just be a bit of additional meaningless BS.
