My brief questionaire for barristers

A few months ago I was attempting to get several million dollars from a bank...yada, yada, yada. I believe Mr. Charles Soludo was helping me. A very nice man, that one.

Anyway, a barrister was required to do some work for me. By the time I got to the third one (the first two were deemed unsuitable), I hit him with a brief, three page questionaire. I didn't make it longer, because I thought they were on to me and wouldn't fill it out.

Lo and behold, they completed and returned two of the three pages. Page three was a lot of essay work and they were not up to the challenge. Anyway, the bait ended shortly thereafter, but I had forgotten to post the 'booty.'

Feel free to comment on the form, use the blank form and/or expand on it. I don't think I had seen anyone else do a barrister employment form before.

That's a great form. I am sick of dealing with incompetent lawyers who don't even know how to send an itemised account! I'm trying to make one tell me exactly what I'm getting for my $1400 - down to the last photocopied page. He hasn't a clue. Thanks - I'll be using the form Smile
