Yesterday I got a mail that appeared to be from my friend where she said she was stuck in Dontesk and needed money for a flightticket home.
Today I replied and started to work on the guy.
So far I have made him fulfill a form from Moneygram and it was not complete and I will slap him for it later.
Any ideas on how to proceed would be nice Smile

Push for a bank transfer.

I always tell lads that I get free bank transfers because I have such a large balance and that I refuse to pay a transfer fee when I can transfer money for free.
Also I can transfer on line from my bank account. It is faster than WU Smile

Got a mail now where he asks if I have transfered the money and I replied that Moneygram refuses because of the errors in the form. Let´s see what answer I get. I appreciate the help because I am not a skilled scambaiter, but I am having so much fun Wink

He is quick in responding. He says that "she" has no access to her fingerprints and what will happen now.
I really would like him to put his fingerprints on the form so I will need to tell hiom something that convinces him to do so.

helasm, your images are not viewable unless one logs into google. Could you upload them using a website such as https://postimages.org/ which will enable you to use IMG tags and have the photo show up into the post?

You've been here for a while and know about baiting, so I'm assuming you are using a baiting account and this is not a scammer who contacted you on your real life account about a real life friend? If a scammer knew not only your real identity but a friend's identity as well you wouldn't want to mess with them. You'd want to drop them immediately.

Did this email arrive in a real life email, appearing to be from a RL friend?

If so, you should drop the scammer immediately as you are not baiting safely. The scammer has likely hacked your friend's email and has access to her personal details and possibly those of her contacts (including you).

Yes I am using a baiting account, and the person that this scammer pretends to be is someone that lives in Norway and is a real person. But this scammer is not able to speak norwegian and using google translate. But maybe I should drop it.

I would suggest that you just drop it.

I am sure that this scammer has hacked into many email accounts but they often use a single, slightly altered email address in the reply to line, changing the letter l with the numeral 1 or something similar. If the hacked victim regains access to their email account, the friend of the victim will continue to be in contact with the scammer.

Its tempting to start up a new correspondence with the scammer from a fresh baiting box without the victim's name but not worth the possible repercussions directed at the victim.
