Lenny is a popular guy around here and a real favourite with the lads.
There's a new research paper just out looking at Lenny's effectiveness.... how is it that pre recorded speech makes so many people think they are talking to a live person? Might be of interest to readers here too.

How is it that so many people fall for pre written scripts used by the lads? Same thing, really. Except that Lenny is more adaptable than some lads.
