Reseller kills are done in the fake site forum. Easily put, a mugu reseller is basically a scammer that has set up his own hosting service (or domain registration service). They sometimes do that to avoid their websites being shut down by the hosters when we send abuse reports. If they are the hoster, they can just ignore all reports that are sent to them. Websites hosted or registered by mugu resellers may be hard to kill, and in many cases the only option is to get the reseller himself suspended.

It's not always as easy to prove a reseller to be fraudulent, and in most cases it requires quite a lot of work/research - or a buttload of sheer dumb luck, that's how I got 2/3 Laughing
