I did borrow aspects that I read here on eater, and would like to give credit to Mr. Labowski for me using his Guymans name. Your baits are epic, and have encouraged me to try this.

Seconded. While there have been cases of a lad being able to pick up a WU transfer with any random details as long as they have known the security question and answer, all of those cases (of which I'm aware of anyway) have included bribery and the WU agent has been involved in the scam. And even in those cases only the receiver's name has been imaginary, not the country. I have hard time believing this would be the case here. Much more likely to be a mule.
