I think the Govenor and Clique Mob should be informed about this assinator, he is clearly interfering with their business. I mean in most businesses competition is quite healthy. But I am not so sure about the assination business, though.

I've found he seems to reply around 23:00 - 02:00 (GMT). This probably means hes somewhere like the States, where its still early evening at that time, either that or he like burning the midnight oil!
