You know,

Ever since I joined, I been wondering, How Do Laddies Sleep At Night? Its truly amazing that scammers feel no guilt on what they do.

I wonder what kind of childhood they had that led them to such a path.

They tend to see it as just their job and as this is their way of feeding themselves there is nothing wrong with scamming as the victims are rich and won't miss the money, some also genuinely think that western govermments will refund victim's losses, so its a victimless crime as they get the money back anyway ← a complete phallacy.

If they think U.S Government will refund lost funds, wow...they are truly bloody stupid for thinking such. Those rubbish buggers has no brain.

I like to think the activities of this community make their slumber less restful, and their dreams more anxious and confused. Not to mention dashed...

5: "It's a justified revenge". Because of what happened during the Colonialism it becomes OK to "steal back what they stole from us". This includes scamming a student from Shanghai.

Psychology and criminology know this phenomenon as neutralization. It's very common for criminals, and the other criminals actually use many similar excuses and strategies as our lads do. They try to make the crime look like something that happened despite of them being honest, good and upstanding citizens. The irony is that many criminals actually despise crime and other criminals, and so, for instance, the famous example of child molesters getting beaten up in prisons is born. But at the same time the criminals will find various ways of neutralization to justify their own crime and make it look like no crime at all. This is done first and foremost for them, not the audience. And it seems to work.

No, but the Finnish government does. Did you know? We have a great social security system for that. In other news, we also keep polar bears as pets and drive backwards.

Point being: rumors circulate. Stereotypes are born. Stereotypes are hard to kill. Word of mouth is powerful especially when you have no real contact whatsoever to the reality of a country far away from you. Word of mouth exists everywhere. Calling lads "bloody stupid" and saying they "have no brain" because of believing common myths is wrong on so many levels that I won't even go there. Let's just say that I don't think such attitude is what we need here. Plenty of real reasons to despise lads too.

There's also just the slimy criminal factor. They don't give a shit who they hurt or lives they ruin as long as they get money.

They will tell their victims to steal, lie, whore themselves, whatever it takes to get them paid all the while insisting that the big cash is coming.

They don't bother justifying anything, they're just leeches.
