He refuses to let her talk with me, so I got him to ask for a sample pack, which has various spacings. However, he asked for A1 and A2, and I don't make sample packs that big (too few grates in a pack). The biggest size I make sample packs in is A4, but I haven't told him that yet. And he asked if I'm ready to process the payment, not realizing that I'll have to recalculate the box size, contact the sheeper again, and tell him the total again. |
