The first looks like a weird cajun/tex-mex crossover. The second looks ok, but I'd use a bit of duck fat. I think it'd go better with dove. |

It is, there's a Tex-Mex Cajun fusion place in Corpus Christi that serves it and where I picked up the recipe. For the life of me I can't remember the name of the place. I will just leave it PG-13 rated and say that it's the kind of food that makes you wonder who was murdering that poor girl at the end of the restaurant.... oh wait she's just enjoying herself.
They also serve them deep fried if you're feel like making a confession to a priest later on. Completely sinful...... yeah. |
