We have just reconciled your manifest information as Valuable cash in the new Bill of entry.

Important Procedure and Options.

1. It is requested that you come personally for clearance yourself or your assign somebody who will do that for you. If this is okay with you let me know so that l will guide you on how to proceed with the clearance and the cost.

2. The Consignment can as well be delivered to your address through a secured Courier Company but you will bear the cost of dispatch since we are not allowed in anyway to dispatch. The cost will be paid prior to the dispatch because they do not accept COD. They have the licence to freight Cash too and they will pay Tax on the shipment at the Airport before lift off.

Note that all documents accompanying this shipment is inside the Consignment.

Let me know the option that is best for you.

Please provide urgently.

1. Name of Recipient. (Very Important)
2. Address of Recipient. (Not P.O. Box).

4. Your ID card or Recipient ID attached to this email.

Have you IP traced this lad? Chances are, he's not where he claims to be. Lads lie, you know... all the time. Wink

First and foremost-lads lie. I don't know if you checked the IP but it's pretty unlikely he's any closer than West Africa. Not that you shouldn't be careful and bait safe, but it's highly unlikely your lad is in Atlanta or Georgia!

how about going the classic webcam-route?

search for a restaurant with webcam, and tell him to meet there.

this way, you can safely watch him from the distance.

For a safari (and JF and Capone's US lad was based in Atlanta), the lad needs to travel 200 miles. Perhaps you missed him catching your flight to Miami for the winter.

These are the options you have.

1. You are either invited to come for pick up with your tax clearance certificate, reconciliation and clearance fee of $8550Dollars ( Eight thousand five hundred and Fifty Dollars) only it is pay and pick (PAP). Without the clearance of the Cash Consignment out from the restricted bonded store/Vault you will not have access to the Consignment. It is important that you note this.

2. If you can not come because the cost is much then you have to pay $965Dollars (Nine Hundred and Sixty Five Dollars only) being the dispatch cost to your address. The Consignment will be delivered to you through a secured dispatch Company. Then you open and Pay the cost of Tax Clearance, reconciliation and clearance fee upon receipt. The following are approved and are fully insured for secured cash delivery world wide, including interstate contracts and bank to bank depositing between Georgia, Maryland, and New York etc. So it is either we use Loomis,Brinks,Dunbar or Thillen to dsiaptch to your address.

3. In any of the options you must scan and send your ID Card first before dispatch or pick up. You can send ID Card through scanner and save with JPG File. Or you go to a library and request for their assistance.

Note also that these secured cash delivery companies does not accept COD.

Loved that link.... going to use it, lots of time wasting.

I have many emails where they say they can meet or you can go collect the consignment. Then, when I can't go they say they'll send by carrier.... and that is where the advance fee comes in... you'll pay DHL or someone.

My favourite carrier has to be 'The Delivery Man Company' says it like it is, nothing fancy ! They are very trustworthy though, they were in charge of my '$5billion cheque and assorted gems'

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but I'm nowhere near the US (and not UK either, thank you) and I can have as many US numbers as I want. Reverse searching the number and making sure it's not a VoIP would be prudent.
