I'm working with a lad claiming to be with the UN and who is running a found money scam. What first got my attention was his initial email where he said:
Quote: |
If my English is not good please try to understand me and be
of kind assistance to us. |
After a couple of "please tell me more" and "I am willing to help you" emails, he asked me to provide him with some of my personal information. I sent him a simple one-line email ("When you say you want my address, would you like me to send you my work address or my home address?") and got the following missive:
Quote: |
Thank you very much for asking questions where necessary, You should know that an agent will come to your country for this delivery of fund,
The Director needs the Address to know exactly where the fund is going to be delivered, Country, City, Private Phone Numbers to contact you immediately the agent arrives to avoid complications at the airport. This is the only reason the director wanted your address, it depends on you to provide any of your address whether your house or your working place, but i guess is better to give an address that will be comfortable for you to treat this project, Moreover, If you negotiate with the agent that will deliver the fund to you, with good arrangement, After clearing the fund at the airport, he can equally move the fund to you anywhere you want to receive the fund for the final delivery,
please kindly ask more questions if there's anything more you do not understand; (emphasis added)
thank you |
Wow. That's a lot of writing to say "Whichever address you prefer". And, as far as the section that I bolded -- oh, yes, there's going to be *plenty* that I do not understand...[/b] |
