Last I heard from him was yesterday morning, looking for payment confirmation for his total refund to the Turkish account. No word from him today. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with the receiving account.

I got a mail from him yesterday calling me a fraudster and demanding that I refund the money to him. I've pointed out to him that legally I have 30 days to make a refund and will be taking the full time allowed.

I heard from him this morning after I notified him that the Turkish bank rejected the transfer.

He is back to pushing for MoneyGram. Well that won't work.

I think this one is pretty well played out, but a quick 3am burner phone chat squeezed another oinker out of him. Too bad tomorrow is a federal holiday in the US, so I'll make the bank payment on Tuesday.

BTW on the call, he was very arrogant and bossy. When he found out the banks were closed tomorrow, he kept screaming "you use MoneyGram today, you must use MoneyGram today".

^^^I expect the credit card fraud lines are open even though it is a holiday - so I'd say his bossiness has cost him a few reversals by the time the banks open on Tuesday morning.

I jumped in here, late as usual. He started out immediately with the "Provide me with your mobile number that I can call you with" nonsense. Sounds like maybe you guys have gotten under his skin... Twisted Evil

@Fryer - I don't know, I think if you just give him a K7, the whistling pickle line, or even tell him that you do not have one, you will be fine. The initial request for a phone number just appears to be part of his script. His English is barely understandable and he only pushed for a phone number just with this last bank account.

Because of the Columbus Day weekend I am to make a $4,000 bank transfer today. He called me already this morning at 3am, 5am and 6am. Unfortunately I could not answer as I have been in an accident......or something. He seemed pretty eager and I don't know where to really go with this so I think I'll see how many times he calls and get back to him in a few days with a story.

^^ I gave him my "the wireless customer you have called is not available at this time" number and explained that part of the charm of our B&B is it remoteness. Still waiting to see if he wants to move forward on his reservation...

I came home from work today to 11 missed calls from Ferguson. It looks like he is not settled.

I shall tell him I do not keep records of cards, so he'll have to resend. If he sends the same cards, they will all be reported as stolen.

This morning out of the blue, he sent me 3 repeat cards, plus one without a full number on it. Repeat cards will ALL be reported as stolen/missing. He needs to send fresh numbers if he wants to get anywhere...

He's got back in touch with me as well and was told he would have to wait until the end of 30 days for his refund by cheque, could clear his balance or provide his bank details for an immediate refund.

He sent the same account he gave Astronomer on 12/10. As it isn't in his name, it was rejected.
