I can understand in some respects but how is it different to them going to Western Union or Moneygram when we tell them there is money there? |

I'd say that as long as the pickup office is just doing his job, it doesn't break the ITP rule. This being said, better send them to a remote corner of their city in which there isn't any office at all and then slap them for not being able to find it. |

Well, WU or MG can be picked up anywhere.
Many of the names given for those wires are either victims or former victims.
An Innocent Third Party (ITP) is somebody that isn't involved in your bait, whatsoever.
You shouldn't be targeting a specific place.
Like calling in a pizza you don't mean to pay for - the pizza guy/gal is just making a pizza because you made your lad call it in. That is all that they are doing.
Just their job.
We tend to try to not screw with people just doing their jobs. |

When you send a payment by WU, you send it to the name he gives you - he has involved that person in the scam and you are just following his instructions - the collector will then go to a random WU outlet to collect the money and when the money isn't there, he'll blame you for not sending it.
If you tell him that a package is at XYZ post office and give the number, then you are directly involving the staff (who are ITPs) - and when they tell him that they know nothing about the parcel, he could well blame them as you have specifically sent him to that location. |

I just noticed he gave me a post office he wanted it sent to.
So if I say it is going there that isn't innocent party because I am doing what he told me? |

Dru, why not use one of our fake courier companies? I used one (since abandoned) to get my Hell Safari. Rev Moe Lester runs one now. I believe that GPS**ack is also still available. |

^^^ GPS is still available, but I think it is Premium only - I've had a couple of lads moaning because they couldn't find the non-existent collection office in a distant city. |

^^^ I had a vague recollection that was the case. I checked (briefly) in Premium, but failed to find it.
EDIT: I was wrong. It was the ESC*rgo UK number that I monitored, not GPS***ack. |

Thanks, Al. I just found it also. I don't know if it is still operating and the backend being monitored. |

^^^The only problem I can see would be getting a new baiter account set up for it - I used it a couple of months ago for the first time in about 2 years and had no problem logging in with my existing details, but I can't remember how you got set up. |
