I just found this site! Its awesome! Props to all here!
My reason for joining:
I posted a Craigslist ad and received 3 replies from "Military Men" on assignment. 2 in Nigeria (flags raised immediately) and one in Sudan. All wanted instantly to be the man in my life.
None could use the telephone, you know, because you can't make calls if you're in the military, right? Pfft! They did send pictures. They all had very limited facebook profiles. They all love me so much! I am everything they've dreamed of!
For a measly $7,000 the first one could come back to the states to be with me- even sent a photo of a check for 25,000 that he couldn't cash himself.
The second one needed a mere $119, so he could call me.
By the time #3 started on me, I was ready to be a 419 eater!
I've had him online for over a month! He made so many mistakes- it was really entertaining reading lines like:"please send a care package to someone in Nigeria and they'll forward it to me in Sudan", "My favorite dish from NYC McDonalds is chicken & rice", "I need 500 dollars so I can get a physical needed to be granted leave, so I can visit you babe!" Oh, the boloney this guy was feeding me was really creative, but I'm not that naïve!

Most of all DON'T CONTACT THEM AGAIN!

Also, don't tell them the mistakes or red flags they are making. We're big into DE-education, so be creative and mess with their minds, so that the next person they try to scam will catch the red-flags like you did.

We recommend you bait safely and NEVER use any real life information (email, address, phone, etc.) that can be traced back to you. There are some awesome tutorials around here and the baiters here are very friendly and helpful if you're open to learning.

Grab a seat at the counter, and grab a mentor while you're at it. Don't worry - you won't get hooked on this hobby.... we promise! Wink

Hate to be a buzz kill, but if you're talking to these scammers from an email account with any of your real life info, please stop. As in block them and do not respond. One thing we take pretty seriously is baiting safely. check some of this info out:
