How to get a suspicious lad to give me his NEW email addy?

So I'm looking to annoy an old adversary of a lad, I have his telephone number but it's been so long since I baited him, he will naturally have gone through 10+ emails since then.

I called him and blagged my way. I managed to get him to let slip his latest scam is an "I'll send you a credit card " affair, but he was very suspicious, asking how I got his number and telling me to send him an email with my own number.

I asked to double check his email but he got more suspicious and told me "You have it already or how can you call me?".

Any suggestions?

Have you tried googling the phone number you never know it may be listed as a scam somewhere along with his email addy.

Maybe try telling him that you have lost access to your email account as it got hacked/locked/you've forgotten your password etc so you need his email addy as you don't have it noted anywhere else?

Your email account gives you lots of trouble because your best friend Marty was looking at porn on your laptop and the DocBrown virus infiltrated your computers flux capacitor and now your emails disappear a few minutes after having read them until hey show up again a few days back in the future.

You wrote his phone number and email address on your palm when you read it, then the email disappeared. You suddenly felt I'll due to a contaminated oyster you are the day before and ran to the restroom. You were vommitting all morning and in the course of washing up each time you accidentally rinsed the email address off your hand.

Seems believable.

You deleted him old emails when you cleaned out your inbox, but you had saved his phone number in your mobile phone contacts list because you like him SOOOOO much!
