As some of the older (in Eater years) members of our site have been showing up lately, I thought some of you might like to make a mention of baiters whom you wish would make a speedy return.

I'll start with just a couple, though there are many more...

I had been browsing this site for a couple of years before I joined (I only got my own PC 6 years ago) and it is amazing how many seasoned baiters from that time have just evaporated (probably down to RL / boredom etc) but it is nice to see a few old sweats reappearing Wink

I can think of a few that have stuck in my mind.

Bella Goth - My first semi mass bait with Emma the tropical herbalist (I think also spouse/partner with one of the others mentioned)

Just Jane - Anyone that has read through the archives knows this one

Gomer Pyle - Of course that cunning criminal mastermind

The Spooners - If you have been deep in the date forum you will know of their adventures as a duo, and with Donut.

Jeanette - the reason for my custom tag

There are many more and all were great in their own ways! I hope they all make their way back at some point.

Deuzer - Been almost 12 months now and his genius is missed.

VP Manchester - She used to take lad calls for me before I (and a lot of other baiters) started dealing with them personally on the phone. We had a lot laughs Sad

^^ VP Manchester's call from a lad where she pretended to be the maga's daughter and took down the lad's number was a classic. She repeated the number as the lad was giving it, who in turn repeated what she said, which she repeated again. It lasted half an hour and the number ended up about 4000 digits long. Laughing

VPM had a natural talent for winging it in calls from lads.

I heard from Tsnerd about two months ago -- RL is hectic but he's hanging in there. I suggested he relieve some stress by getting all jack-booty every now and then. Razz

John was (is) my mentee and the first I graduated. I hope he comes back.

When MTH says she is moving..she does not mean down the street. Laughing

She is sorely missed and will get a big hug when she returns.

I thought Jose and Juan were joined at the hip...how can ONE be missing. Confused

I'm sure he will turn up around Feb. 14.

Other people pop in now and again, but not often enough - I remember their avatars not their names - ah, Windypops is one, and who's that bad guy from the Mike Myers film with the little finger in his mouth.

I miss a lot of those mentioned above, but of those who haven't yet been mentioned, I'd have to say BaitSamurai and PsychicBait. BS and I used to PM a bunch, and we baited the hell out of the Japanese tsunami lads. PB was a machine in getting the piggies, if she'd stuck around she'd likely have 5000+ by now.

I did a bit of reminiscing after reading this Thread and anyone who made a real difference to me during my Formative time here was mentioned (I hope) except for Morgain Le Fay.

Yes she still pops by here and again but I truly miss her Wit and Wisdom plus her patience when dealing with the likes of me.
