I don't know if you know this or not, but the reason why lads often (way too often) type in ALL CAPS is because of their keyboard. I forget the particulars, but it's not the same as our keyboards. I learned it in the Eater U threads. I will see if I can find the link. (if you need it). So if you get a lad that types in ALL CAPS force him to write it the correct way or better yet, all lower case or you won't answer his mails. Wink

I have told a few of mine in the past that I had bad eyes so they should type to me in ALL CAPS. Anything to make them look bad is good.

Honey I don't know what type of person you are dealing with there but they seem rather ignorant on how transfers really work. there are no slips, there are no codes. There was a mail to my bank with the information, they sent it out for me and your agent must actually look for it. no slips given, nor are they needed. Banks don't cash slips, they cash checks and transfers.
