I am pretty sure they do not guarantee your safety or even the legality of any transfer they run through for the purpose of profit. Why should they care about our money? They have already their part up front so whatever happens from there on they rightly don't have to care.

Good morning! How are you doing today? I want you to know that the country you are in makes absolutely no rules in first world countries. More advanced countries use more secure methods now due to the frauds that many of those companies they were prosecuted for in the past.

I want you to know that what I gave you was correct. Now I have to waste more of my time to fill out paperwork to even get my money back from them because you cannot be bothered to even try because it isn't something you are familiar with. Tell me love, how would you have any idea how those places operate or what is proper? I'm not happy with this situation at all.
