That is a pretty good article, and the terms are pretty straightforward.

I believe for the honest Nigerians this is a pretty tame discussion of the scammers. For the honest ones, the scam is an assault of everything many of them hold dear, or this has been my experience.

I believe that these criminal syndicates have a PR line, down playing or justifying these scammers actions.
