My experience has been that I can send money to any account, as long as the currency conversion is done by my bank. I'm sure a government account would work. Why do you think it would not?

They is runs here in Nigeria by Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) an a local account can't receive money from International, due to Politicians fraud. Do they only allow international account, I hope you understand what I mean so I don't know what we are to do now, maybe you have someone out of the Island who can assist you to send it, I think that is only option we have left.
