It's registered for only one year by a hidden registrant, which is common with scam sites, but it's HTTPS, which isn't. It's in Russian. The strings mean "Entry for investors", "Main", "Registration", "About the company", "Rules", "ChaVo" [?], "Ratings", and "Contact". The link labeled "ChaVo" is a FAQ so "vo" must be short for "voprosy".
Did you get an email referencing the site, or how did you find out about it?

Brazil Plan: 8% a day for 20 days
China Plan: 20% a day fo 10 days
Claims to be in Belize and Panama, but is in Russian. |
